Hood Pass (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Account and profile information

Community-submitted content

Users may submit profiles or information about themselves or other people, including names, photographs, optional age, location, biography, claim email, and the submitting user’s identifier.

Voting and activity information

When an eligible user casts a PASS or DENY vote, Hood Pass may store the voter identifier, target profile identifier, vote, and timestamp. Proposed edits and account or profile requests may be stored while reviewed.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may retain the message and information needed to answer your request.

Profile information and community content may be visible to other users. We may use service providers to host, authenticate, maintain, and secure Hood Pass. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

4. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect users.

5. Your Choices

You may update certain profile information in the App. To request access, correction, account deletion, profile removal, or another privacy action, email admin@hoodpass.app. We may need to verify your identity.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as Hood Pass changes. The updated date above shows when the latest revision took effect.
